We don’t make guarantees. We are your coach, but you’re the one doing the work. That said, we have a high success rate when students commit to at least 15 sessions.

No. We complement them. We recommend using a board prep company alongside tutoring.

If you’re not able to commit time and consistency, tutoring may not be the best option.

This will depend on your individual situation, but we typically recommend a minimum of 15 sessions for students who have had an unsuccessful board attempt. 

You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a microphone, and ideally a camera. We often use visual learning materials, so a larger screen (laptop or desktop) is recommended over a phone.

Yes. You can request a specific tutor, but availability may be limited. If it’s not the right fit, you’re welcome to switch tutors at any time.

Sessions must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 48 hours notice without being charged. Tutors will wait up to 10 minutes for late students, but sessions will still end at the scheduled 50-minute mark.
