Refund Policy

Refund and Scheduling Policy

Online Courses and Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital educational materials, all online courses, downloadable resources, and digital products offered by DH Basics LLC, doing business as Dental Hygiene Basics, are non-refundable. Access to course materials is granted immediately upon purchase, and for this reason refunds cannot be issued once access has been provided.

Tutoring Sessions

Tutoring sessions are also non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

If a student:

  • Cancels or requests to reschedule less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, or

  • Does not attend (no-show) the scheduled tutoring session

the session will be considered used, and no refund or credit will be issued.

 

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing any course, tutoring session, or service from DH Basics LLC, doing business as Dental Hygiene Basics, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our refund and scheduling policies. Customers agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks with their payment provider for services rendered in accordance with these policies. If you have concerns regarding a purchase, you agree to contact us first so we may attempt to resolve the issue.
