4. Course Purchases and Digital Products

Upon purchase, users receive access to materials through the online platform used by Dental Hygiene Basics.

Due to the nature of digital content, all course and digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Tutoring Services

Dental Hygiene Basics offers tutoring services designed to support dental hygiene students in their academic preparation.

Tutoring sessions are intended as educational support services and do not guarantee academic or examination outcomes.

Tutoring sessions are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session.

If a student:

  • Cancels or requests rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, or

  • Fails to attend a scheduled session (no-show)

the session will be considered used and no refund or credit will be issued.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Dental Hygiene Basics does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance into dental hygiene programs

  • Academic success in coursework

  • Passing scores on the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE)

  • Passing scores on ADEX or other licensing examinations

Individual success depends on many factors including personal study habits, academic background, and exam preparation.

7. Educational Disclaimer

All information provided through the website, courses, tutoring sessions, newsletters, and other materials is intended for educational purposes only.

Content should not be considered dental, medical, or clinical advice.

Users should always follow guidance from licensed professionals, program instructors, and official regulatory authorities.

8. Payments

Payments for services and products are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or other secure providers).

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
